Abstract In instances of right-sided colon cancer, we wanted to see how the short-term results varied between patients who had intracorporeal vs intracoronary anastomosis during laparoscopic right hemicolectomy. According to our study there is no big differences between types of anastomosis during laparoscopic right hemicolectomy in cases with right sided colonic cancer asignificant results for ICA type in post operative bowel movement, surgical wound infection And length of incision But insignificant results showed a less affection of blood supply and less amount of blood loss , less hospital stay and less post-operative pain we also found that ICA Technique is more satisfying Operative time insignificant less in cases of ECA But in overall no big differences between the two types of anastomosis , slightly a good result in ICA type in the outcome of Wound infections , poatoperative bowel movement and Length of incision. |
