Abstract
The current study deals with the jurisprudential trend of the two sheikhs: Rashid Al-Mawsili (1313 AH - 1411 AH) and Sheikh Abdul Karim Al-Modarres (1323 AH - 1426 AH), through his study, a study that reveals the features and characteristics of the jurisprudential trend in both of them, which were manifested in their interpretations: ”the first of what was said In the verses of Quran”, and ”the talents of the Most Merciful in the interpretation of the Qur’an”.
