المستخلص The current research aims to reveal the effectiveness of a program based on community participation to develop functional life skills for children with autism disorder, and the research sample consisted of (10) children with autism disorder, whose ages ranged from (5-7) years with an average of 75.34 and a deviation Standard 6.76, The researcher used in the current study the following tools: the Stanford Binet Intelligence Scale, the fifth picture, the Gilliam Autism Diagnostic Scale, the functional life skills scale, a program based on community participation to develop functional life skills for children with autism disorder, prepared by: (Researcher ), The study resulted in the following results: There are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental group children in the pre and post measurements on the functional life skills scale in the direction of the post measurement, and there are no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental group children on the functional life skills scale, In both dimensional and follow-up measurements. |
