Abstract The aim of study was to investigate the effect aerobic exercise on blood oxygenation in pregnant women . Result: the result of this study revealed a statistical non- significant difference. As in group (A) showed that the mean value of oxygen saturation (SaO2) pre treatment was (98.37± 0.48) and post treatment was (98.47±0.52), P-value was (0.104). There was a slight increase but not significant. As percentage of change was (0.1 %) (Increased), while group (B) showed that the mean value of oxygen saturation (SaO2) pre-treatment was (98.35± 0.48) and post treatment was (98.47±0.47), P-value was (0.056). As percentage of change was 0.12 % (increased). Conclusion: It was concluded that there was non a significant statistical effect of aerobic exercise on blood oxygenation in pregnant women. While there was a slight increase in oxygen saturation but not significant. But there were an improvement of main symptoms of ventilation and oxygenation in pregnant women.
