Abstract The study shows the effect of Smoke exhausting rate, ventilation rate and heat release rate on visibility, carbon monoxide concentration, smoke layer temperature. The results show that increasing the smoke exhausting rate, reduces visibility, increase carbon monoxide concentration and increase smoke layer temperature at human level. Also, when fire takes place one of breakers resulted from high energy arcing fault, the smoke behavior changes according to smoke exhausting rates. Finally the results show that the increasing of smoke exhausting rate which give a better conditions NFPA 130 |
