Abstract Background: Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) had a significant impact on the world, affecting the population functioning and health care systems. Patients with post-COVID syndrome (PCS) may have symptoms for at least twelve months after initial COVID-19 infection, significantly and negatively impacting their cognition, ability to work, participation in physical activity, interaction with others, and overall quality of life.
