”This study aimed to determine The impact of workplace bullying on job withdrawal, and was applied on the employees of Telecom Egypt in Dakahlia Governorate. In order to collect primary data, a questionnaire was designed and data had been collected from an employees sample in Telecom Egypt in Dakahlia Governorate. Sample size was 304, and The SPPS was used to analyze the primary data. Results of the study showed that Workplace bullying (Person-related bullying, Work-related bullying and Physically intimidation-related bullying), were positively related with job withdrawal which represented in (Psychological Withdrawal, Physical Withdrawal) in Telecom Egypt in Dakahlia Governorate. Also results showed that Workplace bullying (Person-related bullying, Work- related bullying, Physically intimidation-related bullying) (as independent variables) had a significant effect on each dimension of job withdrawal (Psychological Withdrawal, Physical Withdrawal) (as dependent variable). Finally, there were no significant difference between the opinions about Workplace bullying and job withdrawal according to the difference in demographic variables (gender, age, and education level).”
