Abstract n this work, (pure ZnSnO3, Ca/Mn-ZTO, and Ca/MnCr-ZTO) perovskite compounds were prepared using Co-precipitation. The structure, morphology, optical, dielectric, and photoelectrochemical properties of the prepared compounds were investigated using x-ray diffraction (XRD), field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), ultraviolet, visible, near-infrared spectroscopy (UV-Vis-NIR spectra), electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and I-V characteristics measurements. The results were illustrated and compared with previous work. |
