This research aimed to measure the role of strategic planning in achieving institutional excellence, by applying it to workers at Mansoura University Hospital in Dakahlia Governorate, and the research community was represented in all employees at Mansoura University Hospital in Dakahlia Governorate, and the research sample was (361) single, and the number of valid forms was (345) form by 95.5%. The researcher used a survey list prepared for the purpose of collecting data, which represents the variables of strategic planning (independent variable) and institutional excellence (dependent variable), and the researcher used Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient (Alpha) to calculate the reliability and reliability coefficient , while I used both Pearson’s correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis method to validate the research hypotheses. The researcher reached several results, the most important of which was the presence of a significant correlation between strategic planning and institutional excellence at the level of significance (0.05), and the presence of a significant effect of each of the dimensions of strategic planning on the dimensions of institutional excellence at the level of significance (0.05).
