Abstract
The present work focuses on the translation analysis of an Arabic novel entitled: El Arca de Noé by Khaled Al Khamissi, in its translation into Spanish by Alberto Canto García and Álvaro Abella in 2014. The analysis of this translation will be carried out using Peter Newmark’s translation procedures, comparing the Culturemes of the source text with the solutions selected by the translators in the target text.
