Abstract
In this study,Isolation of stem cells from hepatocellular carcinoma tissues and non tumor derived liver tissues is achieved and characterization of liver stem cells is achieved by FCM analysis using monoclonal antibodies against CD90, CD 44 and CD133.Studing the effect of interferon drug and sofosbuvir drug treatment on the liver stem cells and measuring CD90,CD44 and CD133 expression before and after treatment .By using RT-PCR technique, we found ,tumor liver cells express c- kit gene due to activation and propagation of liver stem cells in severe liver injury, while no expression of such gene in non tumor liver cells which contain a lower number of stem cells
