Abstract This thesis study is investigate the effect of accreditation of calibration laboratory on the quality of result and the relationship between accreditation of calibration laboratory and customer satisfaction. Should there be a perceived significant relationship between the independent variable accreditation of calibration laboratory and the dependent variable customer satisfaction. All countries established framework of national quality infrastructure to release and breaking down technical barriers to trade which making greater integration of countries into the international trading system. Quality infrastructure, QI, refers to all aspects of metrology, standardization, testing, and accreditation. This includes both public and private institutions and the regulatory framework within which they operate. The research will study clauses of international standard ISO/IEC 17025 2General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories3 which use to accredited calibration laboratory to verify the quality of result and will investigate the impact on customer satisfaction |
