Abstract Solar cell is most promising technology for the future of green energy production . In this work we studied the deposition of different size nanoparticles on bulk silicon solar cells by DROP in technique in order to enhabnce their photovoltaic conversion efficiencies due to plasmonic light scattering phenomena by metal nanoparticles.The effect of plasmonic light scattering on reflectance {u2160}- {u2164} measurements and photosensitivity using lamp and laser radiations were studied by preparing three different sizes of silver nanoparticles Ag NPs (14,25 and 35)nm |
