Abstract

Higher education must continue to expand standards of education and training that are corresponding to international best practice, attaining student satisfaction is one of the most critical objectives in all higher educational institutions, measuring student’s satisfaction is consistent with a total quality management approach.The impact of Covid-19 has had a far-reaching effect on higher education institutions. Blended learning is preferable in the Covid period because of the physical risk associated with the pandemic. Blended learning combines the advantages of traditional learning with online technology tools. Pre and during the COVID-19 pandemic, researchers used multiple methods to understand its value to educational outcomes and how space can play a role to ensure an enhanced experience.Aim and objectives:The aim of this study is to Improving medical education in faculty of medicine, Zagazig University by evaluating the level of student’s satisfaction regarding blended learning,describe challenges which face the medical students during blended learning education and by identify the associated risk factors affecting the level of satisfaction among studentsSubjects and methods:This cross-sectional study was carried out on 277 undergraduate medical students, enrolled in the academic year 2020/2021, according to.
