Abstract

This research was conducted in Solid State Laboratory, Physics Department, Faculty of Science, Tanta University.This thesis aims to study the enhancement of the optical,Mechanical, Magnetic, Electrical and piezoelectric Properties of the nano-composites film (PFCs). Firstly: The spinel Nano-ferrite system Ni1-xMnxFe2O4 (where x=0.0, 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8 and 1.0) have been synthesized by flash auto combustion method, then annealed at 600oC for 2hrs. Secondly: Annealed ferrite sample (x=0.8) [Ni0.2Mn0.8Fe2O4] was incorporated into Poly(vinylidene fluoride) PVDF to form the Polymer Ferrite Composites (PFCs).
