Abstract
This investigation aims to correcting spelling mistakes in the Spanish language in a sample collected about different texts from different sources. The sample consists of articles in newspapers, scientific magazines and social media. To carry out the analytical phase, the suggested plan is to categorize the mistakes and setting up specified standards based on the book of Royal Academy of Spanish Language about Orthography and previous researches in this field. And as a result of this investigation it will be easy to know and understand the phenomenon of orthographic errors and its reasons in different kinds of texts
