Abstract
Objectives: To evaluate the role of office hysteroscopy in diagnosing the abnormalities of the uterine cavity among females having secondary infertility.Patients and methods: An prospective cohert study will be carried out at the Gynecological outpatient clinic in Kasr El-Aini Hospital, Cairo University,on 70 patients having secondary infertility. Results:42% of secondary infertile females having intrauterine abnormalities Conclusion : routine office hysteroscopy should be a part of secondary infertility work up
