Abstract This study aims to assess the applying of the excellence models criteria as a case study in an educational institution certified in Egypt. In this work the excellence models criteria were applied in which the performance of educational organization is evaluated, analyzed and discussed and the strengths and weaknesses identified. A questionnaire is developed and used for data collection from a sample population of 108 respondents, which represent the population of the staff and employees. The questionnaire which includes the excellence models criteria is divided into different parts for better collection of information about all aspects. The researcher adapted a descriptive analytical approach and the data collected by a questionnaire based on the items of the excellence models criteria, and analyzed by using SPSS |
