Abstract This study was designed to evaluate the stability and measuring marginal bone loss in early loading of single dental implants in the mandibular posterior area. We have selected this study to find out by clinical trial does the early loading of the dental implants affect its stability through affecting the osseointegration , and whether it affects the marginal bone loss around the implants. As the stability of the dental implants and the bone level around it are important for the success rate. Twenty patients of both sexes were enrolled from outpatient clinic at the department of oral and maxillofacial surgery, faculty of oral and dental medicine-Cairo university. These participants were selected with certain criteria to deal with healthy persons without any disease which may affect the implant success rate, and the mandibular posterior area were chosen because it is characterized by a good bone quality which helps to increase the success rate and allows early loading |
