Forty four participants in this research were assigned to groups, 22 patients in each group, randomly divided into 2 equal groups: group A: will receive Ca(OH)2 dressing. group B: will receive Pulpotec dressing. As regarding radiographic findings, after 1 month, there was no statistically significant difference between prevalence of periapical radiolucency in the two groups. After 3 months and 6 months, all cases in group A needed root canal treatment while all cases in group B showed no radiographic manifestations |
