Abstract Implant anterior tooth therapy is a challenge for clinicians and that{u2019}s because of the shortage of the soft tissues for the pursuit of an ideal smile. This is achieved by growing gum tissue around the implantation of the front teeth to keep the gum healthy around the good health of soft tissue is necessary to increase the age of senile implants. The lack of mucous membranes around the integrated implants increases the susceptibility of tissue damage around Implants because of gingival condition. This study follows soft tissue improvement and stability after one year of implantation using the method of pouch roll soft technique and comparing it with the free gingival graft around the upper anterior implants. The adequate blood supply maintains intact gingival tissue and prevents retraction, while in case ofattached mucosa deficiency increases the risk of gingival and bone resorption around the implants. This study was conducted to compare the effect of soft tissue grafting at the bone edge level around the implants. 16 years were selected in the absence of other diseases. Patients classified into two equal groups: group I: 8 patients receiving pouch roll technique. And groupII:8patients receiving free gingival graft. Gingival tissue and bone was recorded after surgery 1 month, 3 months, 6 months and 9 months. A clinical and radiographic imaging were recorded. The statistical significance is shown. The results of the study showed that the bone edge of the picture was radiated around A digital peak with no statistical significance between the two groups under study |
