Abstract

Part I : General introduction about the amino drugs and a literature review about their methods of analysis. Part II : A) Literature review of the studied drugs in this part. B) Utilization of a micellar matrix for simultaneous spectrofluorimetric estimation of alfuzosin hydrochloride and vardenafil hydrochloride in pharmaceuticals and biological fluids. C) A synchronous spectrofluorometric technique was developed for simultaneous detection of alfuzosin and tadalafil followed by application to tablets and spiked biological samples. Part III : A) Literature review of the studied drugs in this part. B) Conventional and synchronous spectrofluorometric determination of favipiravir and apixaban; the recently administered drugs in covid-19 treatment protocols in pharmaceuticals and biological fluids. C) Eco-friendly spectrophotometric methods for determination of remdesivir and favipiravir ; (the recently approved antivirals for covid-19 treatment) in pharmaceuticals and human plasma. Part IV : A) Literature review of the studied drugs in this part. B) Utilization of spectroscopic derivatization for simultaneous determination of favipiravir in its co-administration with paracetamol and linezolid in covid-19 treatment protocols. Part V : Using factorial design for optimization and development of a green HPLC method coupled with fluorescence detection for determination of remdesivir was compared to a spectrofluorometric method, it helped save time, cost, and effort.
