Abstract

Fischer-Tropsch Synthesis( FTS) is the catalytic conversion of feed gas (a mixture of CO and H2) into hydrocarbon products ranged from light products either parrafins or olefins to heavy products such as gasoline, diesel, solar, oils and waxes…etc. This process aims to produce clean, safe and available energy fuels exactly like collected from petroleum distillation or valuable chemicals. FTS created hydrocarbons of various chain lengths are environmentally friendly without coproduction of any toxic gases (NOx and SOx) comparable to crude oil distillation [1].
