Abstract
Land races evaluation experiment was carried out during two successive summer seasons of years 2019 and 2020 at Faculty of Agriculture (Saba Basha), Alexandria University and the experimental field of Sabahya Horticulture Research Station, Alexandria Government, Egypt to the aim of this work is to evaluate 6 varieties of cowpea two of them collected from 2 locations (Fuh and El-Bohira) and four local varieties (Giza, Karim 7 Kaha, and Kafr El-Shikh) in most important traits like, morphological and yield and its components as well as estimate some genetic parameters i.e. genotypic and phenotypic variation, genotypic and phenotypic coefficient of variation, heritability and correlation and path coefficient analysis.
