Abstract Traumatic dental injuries (TDI) are considered the most common worldwide problem that affect the development of dentition. If the TDI happened during root development, it may stop completion of the development and may lead to pulp necrosis. This critical sequala of TDI is considered a big challenge during the conventional root canal treatment because of thin dentinal canal wall which predispose the tooth fracture. Otherwise, the wide-open apex which make the apical seal impossible. The present study was conducted aiming to evaluate and compare the regenerative potential of the blood clot and collagen sponge as scaffold in revascularization of non-vital immature permanent anterior teeth using biodentine coronal blug. |
