Abstract Aims: The aim of this study was to compare between computer guided and free hand immediate implant placement in fresh extraction sockets in terms of accuracy of implant positioning. Methodology: This is a randomized controlled clinical study with two arm parallel groups with allocation ratio 1:1, which used CBCT imaging and flapless surgical technique to place implants in fresh extraction sockets and compare the accuracy of implant placement when using computer aided surgical guides and free hand techniques. Accuracy measurements were done using Blusky®1software. A total of 22 patients were diagnosed and selected according to inclusion and exclusion criteria. Each patient received implants was restored at the end of the study with a fixed prosthesis |
