Abstract

Measuring the effect of critical success factors on the Lean Six Sigma method.The letter consists of 6 Chapters.Chapter iIntroduction to the history of Lean Six Sigma, contain Problem Definition, Research Objectives, Research Hypothesis, Research Plan. Chapter ii, Contain Literature Review, Lean Six Sigma DMAIC Methodology, Lean Six Sigma Tools and Techniques, Benefits of Lean Six Sigma. Chapter iii Critical Success Factors of Lean Six Sigma and Evaluation Critical Success Factors in Literature Review. Chapter iv Contains Design of Questionnaire, Questionnaire and Implementation, Data Analysis, Classification of Respondents, Descriptive Statistics. Chapter vCase Study, Contain Case Study in the International Bank and Case Study in the Large Hospital. Chapter vi Discussion and Conclusion, Contain the Results and Recommendations. This study aimed to measure the impact of Critical Success Factors of the Lean Six Sigma method (supporting and adhering to senior management, training, organizational culture) on customer satisfaction in the case of the bank and hospital status represented in (reducing waiting time) and to achieve the study goal the researcher designed A questionnaire included (27) items to collect preliminary data from the study sample, and in light of this data were collected, analyzed and hypothesis tested using the statistical package for social sciences SPSS, the study sample consisted of 400 belt holders in six sigma and multiple statistical methods were used from Here is a simple linear regression to achieve the objectives of the study
