المستخلص The study aimed to identify the theoretical framework for developing the performance of leaders in middle schools in the State of Kuwait in the contemporary administrative literature, and to identify the theoretical foundations for organizational development among leaders in middle schools in the State of Kuwait in the contemporary administrative literature, and to identify the reality of developing the performance of leaders in middle schools in the State of Kuwait in light of The entrance to organizational development, and to present a proposed vision for developing the performance of leaders in middle schools in the State of Kuwait in light of the entrance to organizational development. The study relied on the descriptive approach that was used to study and clarify the characteristics of a phenomenon or a specific situation as it exists in reality, explaining it and determining its relationship in its relationships and surrounding stimuli. The study reached many results, the most important of which are: - The scarcity of treating the defect in a short time, and the lack of provision of advanced educational equipment and aids in laboratories and classrooms. - The lack of use by some school leaders of modern technology in the financial and administrative aspects. - The scarcity of providing alternative sources of funding for government funding that leads to the improvement and development of school revenues. - Sometimes decisions are not taken in the school in the manner of dialogue and consultation at various levels and with the participation of all school staff. - Some school leaders do not pay attention to the continuing professional development of school administrators and teachers. - The lack of training courses to develop administrative skills for middle school principals and all their employees. - Weak participation of the Kuwaiti local community in providing financial or moral allocations, which hinders the development of performance of school leaders in middle schools. The Study Presented a Proposed Vision for Developing the Performance of leaders in Middle Schools in the State of Kuwait in the light of the Organizational Development Approach, which included: The Concept of the proposed Vision and its Objectives, its Importance, the Premises of the Proposed Vision, the Axes of the proposed vision, the requirements for Implementing the proposed Vision, and finally the Obstacles to its Implementation. |
