Abstract The present study showcases a novel schematic of a surface-modified SPE and its application for quantitative analysis of Manidipine Dihydrochloride through a simple, accurate, and effective cyclic and SWV voltammetric determination of MAN in pure, dosage forms and biological fluid, MAN detection at carbon paste electrode and FSPE printed electrode offering a simple, precise and practical technique, where in the voltammetric oxidation behavior of MAN appears to be a single anodic peak. The important advantages of the current procedure are its simplicity, high sensitivity, reproducibility, and these voltammetry methods have several benefits such as their low detection limits, and applicable for the determination of the drug in quality control laboratories. The proposed method has also been compared with the reference method and is an accurate, simple, and highly sensitive quantitative determination of MAN. |
