Abstract
Augmentation mastopexy is an important treatment to address deflated ptosed breast. Combining these two procedures is technique-sensitive, with a reported high revision rate and propensity for complications.so advising technique using inferiorly based pedicle solves both issues of using implants with its high cost and reported complications as well as using durable autologous breast tissue highly vascularized and adding good bulk to moderate ptosed breast
