The current study aimed to identify the level of positive thinking among a sample of deaf adolescents, the relationship between positive thinking, Social competence and a Well- being, the differences between them according to the gender variable, and features of the psychological and dynamic construction of high and low positive thinking among the sample members. The psychometric study sample consisted of 139 students. A female student from Al-Amal Schools for the deaf and hard of hearing in Sohag. The clinical study sample consisted of four peripheral cases, according to their scores on the positive thinking scale, from the highest and lowest quadrants of scores. The study used measures of positive thinking, social efficiency and good life (prepared by the researcher), the case study form (modified by the researcher), the Eysenck test and the T.A.T. subject understanding test for the clinical study. Positive thinking and the overall degree of social efficiency, as well as the existence of a positive and statistically significant correlation between positive thinking and the total degree of good life And there were statistically significant differences between the average scores of males and females on the scale of positive thinking in favor of females, and there were no differences between the average scores of males and females on the scales of social efficiency and good life. The results also resulted in different features of the psychological and dynamic construction of high and low positive thinking members of the study sample.
