المستخلص
أولاً : الملخص باللغة العربية
أولاً : عنوان الدراسة :
” برنامج مقترح من منظور الممارسة العامة للتخفيف من الضغوط الحياتية لأسر الأطفال ذوى الأمراض الوراثية ”
ثانياً : مشكلة الدراسة :
تعد الأسرة الخلية الرئيسية فى المجتمع وبالتالى يقع عليها عبء التنشئة الأجتماعية لأبنائها وتتعرض أسر الأطفال ذوى الأمراض الوراثية للضغوط الحياتية كرد فعل للتغيرات الحياتية والسريعة إلتى طرأت على كافة مجالأت الحياة بصفة عامة وعلى الأسرة بصفة خاصة وإلتى تمثل السبب الرئيسى وراء الأصابة بالأمراض النفسية والعضوية والأحساس بالكثير بالمشكلات النفسية والأجتماعية إلتى تصيب الفرد بالأضافة إلى كثير من المشكلات المهنية لقد أصبحت ضغوط الحياة ظاهرة ملموسة فى كافة المجتمعات تعتبر الضغوط الحياتية لدى أولياء أمور الأطفال ذوى الأمراض الوراثية ذات تاثير سيئ الذى يحدثة وجود طفل ذوى مرض وراثى وقد ظل الطفل ذوى المرض الوراثى وأحتياجاتة لفترة طويلة هو مركز الأهتمام للقائمين بالأرشاد وأخصائى الرعاية دون الأهتمام بالأسرة تعد الأمراض الوراثية مشكلة من أهم المشكلات الأجتماعية والأقتصادية والصحية والنفسية إلتى تواجهة كافة المجتمعات على السواء وتقوم الممارسة العامة بدورها فى المجال الطبى من خلال المؤسسات الطبية ( المستشفيات والمراكز الصحية فى تحقيق أهدافها الأساسية وقائية كانت أو علاجية من خلال تقديم الخدمات الطبية لأسر الأطفال ذوى الأمراض الوراثية والتعرف على الاوضاع المعيشية المحيطة بهم مما يسهم ذلك فى رسم خطة العلاج مما يؤدى إلى تخفيف الأعباء عن الأطباء وزيادة أمكانيات وقدرات المستشفى والجهاز الطبى على القيام بالمهام المطلوبة
ثالثا : أهمية الدراسة :
تتحدد أهمية الدراسة فى
1- التزايد المستمر فى أعداد الأطفال ذوى الأمراض الوراثية على المستوى العالمى وهذة الزيادة مستمرة تحتاج إلى دراسة ورعاية كاملة للتخفيف من المشكلات التى تواجهة الأسرة .
2- أهتمام الدولة بتلك الفئة حيث بذلت جهود كبيرة وأنشأت مستشفيات لتلك الفئة من الأطفال ذوى الأمراض الوراثية ومنها مستسفى أطفال جامعة أسيوط وخصصت بها قسم للامراض الوراثية.
3- يعتبروا الأطفال ذوى الأمراض الوراثية فئة من الفئات الأولى بالرعاية والأهتمام لأن ذلك يساعد بالنهوض فى المجتمع .
4- أرتفاع مستوى الضغوط النفسية والأقتصادية والأجتماعية والصحية لأسر الأطفال ذوى الأمراض الوراثية مما يستوجب الأهتمام بتلك الفئة والمشكلات المرتبطة بهم وبأسرهم.
5- مهنة الخدمة الأجتماعية مهنة هدفها الأساسى التعامل مع العديد من الفئات بصفة عامة ومن بين هذة الفئات فئة أطفال الأمراض الوراثية وهن فئة معرضة للخطر لذلك كان هناك حاجة الى دراسة ضغوط التى تعانى منها أطفال الأمراض الوراثية حتى يمكن وضع برنامج للتعامل مع هذة الضغوط من منظور الممارسة العامة .
6- أزدياد المشكلات إلتى تتعرض لها الأطفال ذوى الأمراض الوراثية مما تحتاج إلى التدخل للتخفيف من هذة المشكلات .
رابعاً : أهداف الدراسة :
تسعى الدراسة الحالية إلى تحقيق الأهداف الأتية
تحديد أنواع الضغوط الحياتة إلتى تمر بها أسر الأطفال ذوى الأمراض الوراثية.
1- تحديد الأدوار إلتى يجب أن يقوم بها الأخصائى الأجتماعى كممارس عام فى التخفيف من الضغوط الحياتية لأسر الأطفال ذوى ا[مراض الوراثية ( من وجهة نظر أسر الأطفال )
2- تحديد المعوقات إلتى تواجهة الأخصائى الأجتماعى كممارس عام عن القيام بعملة فى التخفيف من الضغوط الحياتية لأسر الأطفال ذوى الأمراض الوراثية ( من وجهة نظر فريق العمل )
3- تحديد المقترحات إلتى تساعد الأخصائى الأجتماعى كممارس عام فى التخفيف من الضغوط الحياتية لأسر الأطفال ذوى الأمراض الوراثية ( من وجهة نظر فريق العمل )
4-تحديد برنامج مقترح من منظور الممارسة العامة فى الخدمة الأجتماعية للتخفيف من الضغوط الحياتية لأسر الأطفال ذوى الأمراض الوراثية
خامسا : تساؤلات الدراسة :
تحددت تساؤلات الدراسة فيمايلى
1-ما الضغوط الحياتية إلتى تمر بها أسر الأطفال ذوى الأمراض الوراثية .
2-ما الأدوار إلتى يقوم بها الأخصائى الأجتماعى كممارس عام فى التخفيف من الضغوط الحياتية ذوى الأمراض الوراثية .
3-ما المعوقات إلتى تواجهة الأخصائى الأجتماعى كممارس عام عن القيام بعملة فى التخفيف من الضغوط الحياتية لأسر الأطفال ذوى الأمراض الوراثية
4-ما المقترحات التى تساعد الأخصائى الأجتماعى كممارس عام فى التخفيف من الضغوط الحياتية لأسر الأطفال ذوى الأمراض الوراثية .
5-ما البرنامج المقترح من منظور الممارسة العامة فى الخدمة الأجتماعية للتخفيف من الضغوط الحياتية لأسر الأطفال ذوى الأمراض الوراثية
سادساً : مفاهيم الدراسة :
يمكن تحديد المفاهيم الأساسية إلتى تستخدمها الدراسة الحالية كالاتى :
1- مفهوم الضغوط الحياتية .
2- مفهوم الأمراض الوراثية.
3- مفهوم الممارسة العامة.
سابعاً الأجراءات المنهجية :
1- نوع الدراسة :
تعد هذة الدراسة من الدراسات الوصفية إلتى تعتمد على الوصف الكمى والكيفى لخصائص الظواهر المختلفة.
2- المنهج المستخدم :
أعتمدت الدراسة على منهج المسح الأجتماعى الشامل لأسر الأطفال ذوى الأمراض الوراثية المترددين على مستشفى أطفال جامعة أسيوط وعددهم ( 146 ) مفردة
3- مجالأت الدراسة :
أ- المجال المكاني
تمثل المجال المكانى للدراسة فى مستشفى أطفال جامعة أسيوط
ب- المجال البشري
تمثل المجال البشرى للدراسة فيمايلى
• المسح الأجتماعى الشامل لأسر الأطفال ذوى المراض الوراثية المترددين على مستشفى أطفال جامعة أسيوط وعددهم ( 146 ) مفردة
• المسح الأجتماعى الشامل لفريق العمل بمستشفى أطفال جامعة أسيوط وعددهم ( 50 ) مفردة
أ- المجال الزمنى
تمثل المجال الزمى للدراسة فترة جمع البيانات من الميدان وإلتى بدات فى 1/12/2021 الى 28/2/2022
4- أدوات الدراسة
أ- أستمارة أستيبار لأسر الأطفال ذوى الأمراض الوراثية حول أدوار الأخصائى الأجتماعى كممارس عام فى التخفيف من الضغوط الحياتية لأسر الأطفال ذوى الأمراض الوراثية
ب- أستمارة أستبيان لفريق العمل حول أدوار الأخصائى الأجتماعى كممارس عام فى التخفيف من الضغوط الحياتية لأسر الأطفال ذوى الأمراض الوراثية
ثامناً : نتائج الدراسة :
1- أوضحت نتائج الدراسة توزيع الأطفال ذوى الأمراض الوراثية أن نسبة الأناث(78.1% ) أعلى من نسبة الذكور ( 21.9% )
2- أوضحت نتائج الدراسة أن ترتيب الضغوط الحياتية إلتى تواجهة أسر الأطفال ذوى الأمراض الوراثية حيث جاء الترتيب الأول الضغوط الصحية إلتى تواجهة أسر الأطفال ذوى الأمراض الوراثية ، الترتيب الثانى الضغوط الأقتصادية ، الترتيب الثالث الضغوط الأجتماعية ، الترتيب الرابع الضغوط النفسية
3- أوضحت نتائج الدراسة أدوار الأخصائى الأجتماعى كممارس عام فى التخفيف من الضغوط الحياتية لأسر الأطفال ذوى الأمراض الوراثية كما يحددها أسر الأطفال حيث جاء فى التريب الأول دور الأخصائى الأجتماعى فى التخفيف من الضغوط الأجتماعية لأسر الأطفال ذوى الأمراض الوراثية ، الترتيب الثانى الضغوط النفسية ، الترتيب الثالث الضغوط الصحية ، الترتيب الرابع الضغوط الأقتصادية .
4- أوضحت نتائج الدراسة المعوقات إلتى تواجهة أدوار الأخصائى الأجتماعى كممارس عام فى التخفيف من الضغوط الحياتية لأسر الأطفال ذوى الأمراض الوراثية حيث جاء فى الترتيب الأول المعوقات المرتبطة بنسق الأخصائى الأجتماعى كممارس عام حيث جاء فى الترتيب الثانى المعوقات المرتبطة بنسق أسر الأطفال حيث جاء فى الترتيب الثالث المعوقات المرتبطة بنسق المستشفى حيث جاء فى الترتيب الرابع المعوقات المرتبطة بنسق المجتمع .
5- كما تم التوصل البرنامج المقترح من منظور الممارسة العامة للتخفيف من الضغوط الحياتية التى تواجهة أسر الأطفال ذوى الأمراض الوراثية ويشتمل هذا البرنامج على العناصر التالية

First, the title of the study:
A proposed program from the perspective of generalist practice to alleviate life pressares for families of children with genetic diseases Second: The problem of the study:
The family is the main cell in society and therefore bears the burden of socializing its children. The family is exposed to life pressures as a reaction to the rapid and life changes that have occurred in all areas of life in general and the family in particular, which represents the main reason behind the incidence of mental and organic diseases and a sense of many psychological and social problems that afflict The individual, in addition to many professional problems, the stress of life has become a tangible phenomenon in all societies. It is the center of attention for counselors and care specialists without caring for the family. Genetic diseases are one of the most important social, economic, health and psychological problems that face all societies alike. The general practice plays its role in the medical field through medical institutions (hospitals and health centers in achieving their main goals, whether preventive or curative). By providing medical services to the families of children with genetic diseases and identifying the living conditions surrounding them, which contributes to drawing up a treatment plan, which leads to alleviating the burdens on doctors and increasing the capabilities and capabilities of the hospital and the medical system to perform the required tasks
Third: The importance of the study:
The importance of the study is determined by.
1- The continuous increase in the number of children with genetic diseases at the global level, and this increase is continuous and needs full study and care to alleviate the problems facing the family.
2- The state’s interest in this category, as it made great efforts and established hospitals for this category of children, including the Assiut University children’s hospital, and a section for genetic diseases was allocated to it.
3- They consider children one of the first groups with care and attention, because this helps in the advancement of society.
4- The high level of psychological, economic, social and health pressures for families of children with genetic diseases, which requires attention to this group and the problems associated with them and their families.
5- The profession of social work is a profession whose main objective is to deal with many groups in general, and among these groups is the category of children with genetic diseases and they are a group at risk. Therefore, there was a need to study the pressures experienced by children with genetic diseases so that a program could be developed to deal with these pressures from the perspective of general practice.
6- The increasing problems faced by children with genetic diseases, which need intervention to alleviate these problems.
Fourth: Objectives of the study:
The current study seeks to achieve the following objectives
Determining the types of life stress experienced by families of children with genetic diseases.
1- Determining the roles that the social worker should play as a general practitioner in alleviating the life pressures of the families of children with genetic diseases.
2- Determining the obstacles that face the social worker as a general practitioner to do his work in alleviating the life pressures of the families of children with genetic diseases.
3- Determining the proposals that help the social worker as a general practitioner in alleviating the life pressures of the families of children with genetic diseases.
4- Determining a proposed program from the perspective of general practice in social work to alleviate the life pressures of families of children with genetic diseases
Fifth: Study questions:
The study questions were determined as follows
1- What are the life pressures experienced by families of children with genetic diseases
2- What are the roles played by the social worker as a general practitioner in alleviating the life pressures of those with genetic diseases
4- What are the proposals that help the social worker as a general practitioner in alleviating the life pressures of families of children with genetic diseases
5- What is the proposed program from the perspective of general practice in social work to alleviate the life pressures of families of children with genetic diseases
Sixth: Concepts of the study:
The main concepts used by the current study can be identified as follows:
1- The concept of life stress.
2- The concept of genetic diseases.
3- The concept of general practice.
Seventh, methodological procedures:
1- Type of study:
This study is considered one of the descriptive studies that depends on the quantitative and qualitative description of the characteristics of different phenomena.
2- The method used:
The study relied on the comprehensive social survey approach for families of children with genetic diseases who attended Assiut University Children’s Hospital, and their number was (146) individuals.
3- Fields of study:

It represents the spatial field of study at Assiut University Children’s Hospital
B - the human domain
The human field of study represents the following
• Comprehensive social survey of families of children with genetic diseases who attend Assiut University Children’s Hospital, and their number is (146) individuals.
• A comprehensive social survey of the work team at Assiut University Children’s Hospital, which numbered (50) individuals
c- time domain
The necessary field of study represents the period of data collection from the field, which started from 1/12/2021 to 28/2/2022
4- Study tools
A- A questionnaire for families of children with genetic diseases about the roles of the social worker as a general practitioner in alleviating the life pressures of families of children with genetic diseases
B - A questionnaire form for the obstacles facing the roles of the social worker as a general practitioner in alleviating the life pressures of the families of children with genetic diseases
Eighth: Study results:
1- The results of the study showed the distribution of children with genetic diseases that the percentage of females (78.1%) is higher than that of males (21.9%).
2- The results of the study showed that the order of life stresses faced by families of children with genetic diseases, where the first order came in the health pressures faced by families of children with genetic diseases, the second order was economic pressures, the third order was social pressures, and the fourth order was psychological stress.
3- The results of the study clarified the roles of the social worker as a general practitioner in relieving the life pressures of the families of children with genetic diseases as determined by the families of the children. Health pressures, fourth order, economic stresses
4- The results of the study clarified the obstacles facing the roles of the social worker as a general practitioner in alleviating the life pressures of the families of children with genetic diseases, where the obstacles related to the format of the social worker as a general practitioner came in the first order, where the obstacles related to the format of the families of children came in the third order. Obstacles related to the hospital system, where it came in the fourth order, the obstacles related to the community system.
5- The proposed program was also reached from the perspective of general practice to alleviate the life stresses facing families of children with genetic diseases. This program includes the following elements
