المستخلص This study aims to know the impact of work ethics on job performance, an applied study on workers in the administration of West Mansoura. in defining the search terms. The researcher used to collect data, which is the questionnaire, collecting data from data collection on the study variables, which are the dimensions of work ethics (independent variable), and performance dimensions (dependent variable), and the researcher used the research data of the study, both of the coefficient of Alpha Cronbach coefficient, the study of descriptive statistics through accreditation. On arithmetic means, standard deviation, significance, Pearson correlation coefficient, stepwise multiple regression analysis and statistical packages program (spss). The study has reached several results, the most important of which is the existence of a significant correlation between work ethics and job performance. Employees, keenness on rewarding employees, applying the salary system fairly, keenness on developing the skills and capabilities of employees, announcing the laws and regulations followed in the organization, adopting a promotion system that includes clear and fair standards, continuous coordination between administrative levels, encouraging employees to submit proposals, and informing employees on the results of evaluating their performance. |
