Introduction: Crime is an ancient, continuous social phenomenon that has accompanied human society since its inception and is still accompanied by various forms and images, and it will remain as long as the human soul has ambition, inclination, whim, and a measure of immorality, and as long as there is a devil who mites to the soul that leads to evil and encourages or tempts it to commit sin, the crime remains. Intentionally dangerous for all societies in all its dimensions and effects is a phenomenon that no society is devoid of, so this phenomenon has attracted the attention of researchers and scientists from various disciplines, but most of these studies and interests were centered around studying the causes and motives of crime in an attempt to understand and know the crime and find out its reality. In spite of the important role that relevant studies play in researching the causes leading to crime and criminal behavior in setting up specific mechanisms for preventing and combating crime, this type of studies has been so saturated with research that it has become the same as saying, that many efforts have been exhausted without reaching Crucial results, and this is what prompted Professor (Reckles) to suggest (leaving research into the causes of the crime because it is profound and does not lead to any convincing result and believes that efforts should be directed towards finding solutions to the crime problem). Willfulness or criminal intent of the perpetrators. It is worth noting that most of the crimes are considered intentional because the legislator does not intervene to punish the crime except when the criminal intent is present. As for the unintentional crime, it is included in the group of crimes that are committed in error and unintentionally due to the perpetrator’s negligence or lack of precaution that leads to the occurrence of a material activity that causes harm to others and this type of crime is wrongful killing. Objectives of the study : The objectives of this study are as follows: 1. Identify the social reasons for committing unintentional crimes. 2. Identify the forms of unintentional crimes. 3. Identify the social effects of unintentional crimes. 4. Identify the economic effects of unintentional crimes. 5. Finding out ways to activate social protection programs for victims of unintentional crimes. 6. Knowing the role of the state to limit the spread of unintentional crimes. Within the framework of the main objective of the study, which is an attempt to uncover the social and economic impacts of the perpetrators of unintentional crimes in some villages and cities in the Dakahlia Governorate, we see that they fall under the type of (descriptive and analytical studies). 325 subjects. Main results of the study: • The results of the field study indicated the factors of committing unintentional crimes. In the first order, external factors related to the social environment in which he lives, in the second order, both of them, and in the third order, internal factors related to the person of the criminal. • The results of the field study confirmed the most prominent types of unintentional crimes that an individual may practice during adolescence and youth. The adolescence stage is informed by certain types of crimes that appeal to adolescent criminals without others, for example, money abuse crimes where the teenager is overwhelmed with many desires and demands that he wants to achieve And, in the youth stage, the rate of money crimes continues to rise, and the rate of assault crimes continues to rise, such as beating, wounding, beating that leads to death, murders, and manslaughter related to driving cars, and the rate of indecent act crimes increases to the highest rates. • The results of the field study emphasized the preventive measures that would reduce unintended crimes. In the first order, the efforts of educational institutions to care for youth are integrated, and in the second order the control and rationalization of the use of technological devices and the Internet, and in the third order the development of self-censorship and awareness of responsibility. • The results of the field study indicated the negative effects of unintentional crimes on society. In the first order, an increase in financial expenditures to combat crime, in the second order the waste of the state’s earnings, and in the third order the effect on the state’s economic development and production rates. Study Recommendations: 1. Work to integrate the efforts of educational institutions in caring for youth. 2. Work to control and rationalize the use of technological devices and the Internet. 3. Development of self-control and awareness of responsibility. 4. Providing educational recreation programs and investing leisure time. 5. Attention must be paid to the psychological aspect of the citizen through follow-up, training courses and workshops 6. It is imperative to develop media programs to achieve the aspiration of the youth.
