Abstract
This study was designed to investigate the impact of stapedectomy in otosclerosis patients on the vestibular system and control of the balance with the use of CDP. The study showed that hearing threshold and balance functions were deteriorated for one week postoperatively but recovered again at least to the pre-operative values one month postoperatively
