Abstract Cancer is the most dreadful illness worldwide. Treatment involved a variety of ways and recently using natural sources. The current study aimed to assess the anticancer activity of the herb Tripterygium wilfordii (TW) ethanolic and aqueous extracts and the mix of them via intratumoral injections in Ehrlich carcinoma induced solid tumor. Sixty male albino mice were used, at the end of the treatment period mice of all groups were sacrificed then blood, and tissues were collected for the assessment of EAC solid tumor volume and the measurements of oxidative stress and antioxidants parameters, hematological parameters, biochemical parameters, and histopathological examination. |
