The current study aims to verify the effectiveness of using Handwriting analysis in clinical diagnosis through the distinctive Handwriting Elements Between normal, Neurotic and psychotic Patients. On a sample of 90 males, divided into (30 normal, 30 neurotic patients, and 30 psychotic patients). The results of the study revealed that there were Statistically significant differences between normal, Neurotic and psychotic Patients, in some Handwriting Analysis, which are (Baseline, writing slant, writing pressure, writing size, distances between words and lines, margins, writing location, extra details), the results of the current study also confirmed that the technique of handwriting analysis can reveal the dynamics of personality in the case of normality and disorder so that it helps in the process of dynamic diagnosis of these cases.
