Modern organizations focus their efforts to continuously improve the level of performance of their employees, by searching for factors that affect the performance and efficiency of workers, as officials seek to ensure that workers in their performance reach the highest possible efficiency, and governance is of great importance in developing organizational environments (state institutions) And the various companies) through its relationship with the mechanisms and procedures of administrative reform, which is one of the important elements in the governance system that contributes to controlling work and directing operations towards success and continuous development. Total quality management helps bring about radical changes within the organization of thought, behavior, management concepts, management leadership style, performance and everything in it with the aim of developing and improving all components of the organization in order to reach the highest quality of its outputs of goods and services at the lowest cost. Objectives of the study: The objectives of the current study are as follows: 1. Learn about the reality of governance in the Al Masaood Foundation in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. 2. Monitoring the impediments to the application of governance in the Al Masaood Foundation in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. 3. Identifying the job performance in Al Masaood Corporation in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi in light of the comprehensive quality standards. 4. Identify the relationship of implementing governance in Al Masaood Corporation in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi with the quality of job performance. 5. Establishing a future vision in stimulating good governance to develop job performance in Al Masaood Corporation in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi in light of quality standards. Within the framework of the main objective of the study, which is an attempt to uncover the impact of good governance in developing job performance in the Al Masaood Foundation in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi in light of quality standards, the study used the descriptive approach, as for the study tools, it is the questionnaire form and the interview guide, and the questionnaire was applied to a sample 355 of the employees of the Al Masaood Corporation, and the evidence of the interview with the officials in charge of the group, their number (10). The most important results of the study: • The results of the study indicated the most important pillars and dimensions of the principle of governance, in the first order the supervisory dimension, in the second order the supervisory dimension, in the third order the communication and preservation of balance, and in the fourth order the ethical dimension, the fifth the strategic dimension, and the sixth accountability. • The results of the study emphasized the most important obstacles that prevent the application of the governance system at work. In the first order, the inefficiency of performance evaluation systems for employees and the basis on which to determine merit, and in the second order the focus on short-term goals, and in the third order the lack of stability in the goal when developing the plan for the product or service and in the fourth place the high product warranty costs, especially those borne by the organizations. • The study emphasized the difference in the determinants of job performance and that the difference results from the interaction of a set of variables related to organization and management, as well as relationships, the internal work environment, the technical aspect and the social environment. This interaction is determined in turn by the effort exerted and the capabilities available to the worker as well as the motivation factor. • The results of the study indicated methods of activating good governance, in the first order reducing risks related to financial and administrative corruption, in the second order increasing job opportunities for members of society, and in the third order taking into account the interests of society and workers, and in the fourth order raising the performance levels of companies and the consequent development and economic progress. The most important recommendations of the study: 1. Working on adopting standards of governance and laying down its rules in Al Masaood Foundation in order to increase its ability to excel and face current and future challenges. 2. Enabling workers at lower administrative levels to participate in decision-making. 3. Establishing a strong governance system, which enhances the safety of legal application of legislation, and thus good management and ensuring the rights of workers. 4. The necessity of monitoring and evaluating the process of applying the principles of good governance in various departments, to ensure their proper functioning. 5. Holding training courses for the Corporation’s employees to introduce good governance, its principles, standards, implementation mechanisms, and its positive effects.
