The aim of the current research is to develop science curricula at the preparatory stage in the light of TRIZ theory and its effectiveness in developing innovative thinking skills and motivation for achievement; To achieve this, the researcher sought to answer the following main question: How can science curricula be developed in the preparatory stage in the light of TRIZ theory? The research sample consisted of (60) female students from the (first) preparatory grade, at the Abu Dashisha Girls and the Ma’sara Girls Institutes affiliated to the Belqas Al-Azhar Educational Administration. TRIZ theory to be included in science curricula in the preparatory stage, a tool for analyzing the science curricula in the preparatory stage in the light of TRIZ theory, a proposed conception of the two units developed for science curricula for the preparatory stage in light of TRIZ theory, the student’s book for teaching the two units developed for science curricula for the middle stage in light of TRIZ theory, teacher’s guide To teach the two units developed for the science curricula for the preparatory stage in the light of TRIZ theory, the student activity brochure for the two units developed for the science curricula for the preparatory stage in light of TRIZ theory, the test of innovative thinking skills, the achievement test, the achievement motivation scale). The results indicated that there is a need to develop science curricula for the preparatory stage in the light of TRIZ theory; In addition to the effectiveness of the science curriculum for the first preparatory grade (first semester) developed in the light of TRIZ theory in developing innovative thinking skills and motivation for achievement and achievement. In light of these results, the researcher presented some recommendations and proposed research.
