The problem of the study revolves around the study of the phenomenon of youth suicide in rural society, its social and psychological l dimensions, and its repercussions that do not end in a short period of time, but rather its danger to all family members, and therefore suicide constitutes a serious threat to the entity of the family and society. The study aimed to achieve the following objectives: The main objective of the study is to monitor the social and psychological dimensions of youth suicide in the rural community. The study relied on an interview guide prepared by the researcher, which included several axes trying to answer the study’s questions and achieve its objectives. The study was applied to a sample of 15 cases of suicide through the relatives of the suicide bombers in the village of Damira in Dakahlia Governorate, including 8 female cases and 7 male cases. Finally, the research included: the most important results and the main extracts of the study, the most important of which were: The majority of the research community is female, The majority of the research community is in the age group between (18-30 years), and this indicates a higher rate of suicide among young people than any other group, The vast majority of the respondents who committed suicide were unmarried, The vast majority of women who commit suicide are housewives, The study revealed that some suicides are due to lack of understanding between spouses, Most of the suicides are due to family disputes between children and parents, The study revealed that there are cases of suicide due to the use of violence and harshness in dealing with children. The study revealed that all suicide cases suffer from psychological disorders, which are represented by fear of some people or fear of the future, loss of patience and willpower to bear the burdens and pressures of life, escaping from facing problems and difficulties, introversion and a sense of guilt, and a feeling of persecution by others and that they Unloved and unwanted people in their presence, which prompted them to commit suicide. Then the research ended with a set of recommendations to confront the phenomenon of suicide and eliminate its consequences.
