المستخلص
جاءت دراستي بعنوان: (الآراء الفقهية لحذيفة بن اليمان في العبادات من خلال مصنفي
عبد الرزاق، وابن أبي شيبة).
وكان الهدف منها إبراز المكانة العلمية لهذا الصحابي الجليل، وجمع أرائه الفقهية في مصنفي
عبد الرزاق، وابن أبي شيبة.
وقد جاءت الدراسة في مقدمة، وتمهيد، وأربعة فصول، وخاتمة، وفهارس فنية.
أما المقدمة فتناولت فيها أسباب اختيار الموضوع، وأهمية البحث، والدراسات السابقة، وخطة
البحث.
وأما التمهيد: فقد تناولت فيه مبحثين:
المبحث الأول: تعريف المصنف والتعريف بأهم كتب الآثار(مصنفي عبد الرزاق –وابن أبي
شيبة)، ومؤلفيه.
المبحث الثاني: حياة الصحابي الجليل -حذيفة بن اليمان .
وأما الفصل الاول: الآراء الفقهية لحذيفة بن اليمان في الطهارة
والفصل الثانى: الآراء الفقهية لحذيفة بن اليمان في الصلاة
والفصل الثالث: الآراء الفقهية لحذيفة بن اليمان في الزكاة
والفصل الرابع: الآراء الفقهية لحذيفة بن اليمان في الصيام
وأما الخاتمة: فتناولت فيها أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها من خلال الدراسة.
ثم فهرس الآيات، والأحاديث النبوية، والآثار، وفهرس الأعلام، والمصادر والمراجع، وأخيرًا
فهرس الموضوعات.

Thesis Abstract
My study came under the title: (The Jurisprudential Opinions of Hudhayfah
Bin Al-Yaman on Worship through the compilers of Abd al-Razzaq and
Ibn Abi Shaybah).
Its aim was to highlight the scientific status of this venerable companion,
and to collect his jurisprudential opinions in the works of Abd al-Razzaq
and Ibn Abi Shaybah.
The study came in an introduction, a preface, four chapters, a conclusion,
and technical indexes.
The introduction dealt with the reasons for choosing the topic, the
importance of the research, previous studies, and the research plan.
As for the preface, it dealt with two topics:
The first topic: the definition of the work and the definition of the most
important archeology books (compiled by Abdul Razzaq - and Ibn Abi
Shaybah), and its authors.
The second topic: The life of the great companion - Hudhaifah bin Al-
Yaman.
As for the first chapter: The jurisprudential opinions of Hudhaifah bin Al-
Yaman on purity
And the second chapter: the jurisprudential opinions of Hudhaifah bin Al-
Yaman in prayer
And the third chapter: the jurisprudential opinions of Hudhaifah bin Al-
Yaman on zakat
And the fourth chapter: the jurisprudential opinions of Hudhaifah bin Al-
Yaman on fasting
As for the conclusion: it deals with the most important results that were
reached through the study.
Then an index of verses, prophetic hadiths, monuments, index of flags,
sources and references, and finally index of topics.
