The problem of the current study is that general secondary schools in Egypt are in need of continuous development and reform, which calls for the need for the government to focus on education reform | As fundamental to building the human capital that allows progress and prosperity, a problem can be identified. The study in the following main question: How can leadership talents be managed in public secondary schools in light of the experiences of some countries? The current study aimed to present a proposed vision for managing leadership talents in schools of education | General Secondary School in Dakahlia Governorate In light of the experiences of some countries, the descriptive approach was used to suit the nature of the current study. The importance of the study lies in its focus on benefiting from one of the modern administrative approaches to provide talented and distinguished leaders in schools | The secondary school system in Egypt and its development in a way that contributes to overcoming the problems it faces | General secondary school leaders in order to achieve the quality of the educational process Study in a questionnaire addressed to principals and principals of secondary public schools in the governorate of | Dakahlia with the aim of examining the reality of leadership talent management in secondary schools in Dakahlia Governorate and the mechanisms for its development. The study reached a number of results, in addition to developing a proposed project to activate the role of leadership talent management in public secondary schools in Dakahlia Governorate.
