Samples of studied groups were analyzed at chemistry and Immunology unite, Benha Teaching Hospital. 4. The results of our present study can be summarized as follows: Our study showed that, the IL-18 level differ significantly (P value <0.001) among different groups. The higher IL-18 level observed in patients with renal failure and inflammation followed by patients with renal failure and lower IL-18 level observed in the controls group. The creatinine level differ significantly (P value <0.001) among different groups. The higher creatinine level observed in patients with |
