group 3 (vitamin E group): Rats in this group received vitamin E at dose of 100 mg /kg b. wt per os daily using stomach tube for 14 successive days.
group 4 (alcoholic olive leaf extract group): Rats in this group received alcoholic olive leaf extract at dose of 400 mg /kg b.wt per os daily using stomach tube for 14 successive days.
group 5 (doxorubicin + vitamin E group): Rats in this group received twice dosages of doxorubicin (10 mg/kg b.wt. i.p) on first and tenth days and vitamin E at dose of 100 mg /kg b. wt per os daily using stomach tube for 14 successive days.
