Abstract

Recently, Electronic Technology (E-Technology) has been widely spread as one of modern technologies in the world through using Information and Communication Technology (ICT) as an aspect of digital transformation revolution.
E-Technology, including the virtual university can play a vital role during critical cases, e.g Novel Coronavirus Pandemic (COVID-19), which led to the suspension of the study process at the majority of the world. In this regard, founding an Egyptian Virtual University (EVU) as a strategic digital vision to support national security is recommended for confronting these critical cases. Besides, Neutrosophic application to EVU.
One of the strategies of E-Technology, including E-Learning is simulation such as military and medical simulations that are used to avoid risks and reduce costs. A wireless communication network refers to any network not tangibly connected by cables, which provides the desired convenience and mobility for the users. Wireless communication networks are useful in several fields such as education, commerce and defence.
from historical perspective, Mobile Ad-hoc Network (MANET) has been basically proposed and executed for military applications. Mobility approach in wireless networks refers to nodes changing its point of attachment to the network. There are several mobility models described the movement of nodes, many researchers use the Random Waypoint Mobility Model (RWPM).
