Abstract
Due to its current importance in various applications,such as video monitoring, security,and surveillance systems,human detection and tracking have always been an interest.Although this is a well-explored topic,many challenges remain when confronted with data from real-world situations.One of these challenges is to perform the detection and tracking in an accurate manner despite the presence of external noise affecting the video quality.
