Fifth: Methodological procedures of the study:
1. study Type: The current study is considered a semi experimental study that aims to test the effectiveness of an independent variable (a program for eclectic professional intervention) and a dependent one is(the problem of feeling the social stigma of delinquent juveniles) to see how effectiveness the eclectic model in Case work to alleviate the feeling severity of Social Stigma for Juvenile delinquents.
2. Methodology used: This study is mainly based on the semi experimental approach , using the design of the tribal and remote measurement for the two groups (one is experimental and the other is control) and testing the differences between the tribal and remote measurements of the two groups.
3. Tools of the study: This study has relied on a set of the following
tools: Social Stigma Scale, Irrational Ideas Scale.
4. Areas of the study: The study has come to approach the below areas:
- Place area: The research applied the study to the deviant juveniles deposited in the comprehensive unit for child care in Al-Fateh Center in Assiut Governorate.
- Human area: The study was applied to (20) cases of which the conditions apply to them, and they were divided into two experimental groups, and there are (10) cases in which the professional intervention program is applied, and another (10) control that the professional intervention program does not apply to.
- Duration area: The study took two years’ time, from March 2017 to March 2020.
Sixth: results of the study:
The results showed the validity of the study hypotheses referred to, and the effectiveness of the occupational intervention program using the eclectic model in Case work to alleviate the feeling severity of Social Stigma for Juvenile delinquents.

Second: the objectives of the study:
This study aims at fulfilling the following:
1- Verify the effectiveness of the eclectic model in social Casework to alleviate the feeling severity of Social Stigma for Juvenile delinquents.
2- Providing a eclectic program for professional intervention with delinquent juveniles that social workers can use to alleviate their feeling of social stigma.
Third: Hypotheses of the study:
The study seeks to check the validity of the following hypotheses:
1- There are significant differences between the mean scores for the experimental group and the mean scores for control group in the post-measurement on the scale of social stigma and its sub-dimensions in favor of the experimental group.
2- There are significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental group in the two tribal and remote measurements on the scale of feeling the social stigma and its sub-dimensions in favor of the dimensional measurement.
3- There are significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental group and the mean scores of the control group in the remote measurement on the scale of irrational thoughts in favor of the experimental group.
4- There are significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental group in the tribal and remote measurements on the irrational thoughts scale in favor of the post measurement.
5- There are no significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental group in the remote and follow-up measurements on the scale of feeling the social stigma.
Fourth: Concepts of the study:
The concepts of the study are defined as follows:
1- The concept of the Eclectic Model.
2- The concept of Social Stigma.
Summary of the Study
First: The problem of the study:
The problem of juvenile delinquency is one of the most serious problems facing children, and this problem threatens the security of the child and the surrounding community, as the negative effects of that problem are not limited to the event itself but extend to the family and society in the long run.
One of the most important problems facing juvenile delinquents is their feeling of social stigma, through what the judicial system casts as a criminal characteristic of the individual, which in turn transforms the individual as a deviant, and from this the deviation turns from an interaction from society to learning it as a culture.

Modern trends in social work in general and case work in particular tend to go toward a eclectic model that may combine some or most models appropriately, as the problems of events at the present time are characterized by complexity and the inability of any one theory or model regardless of its value to deal with it and achieve the required goals, Therefore, contemporary practices of professional intervention with individuals and families focused on using the eclectic model rather than relying on one theory or one model to deal with cases problems.
Given the importance of using the eclectic model in case work, the researcher was concerned when dealing with the problem of feeling the stigma of testing its effectiveness with the stigmatized events, in order to ensure an increase in the effectiveness of professional intervention with clients and legalization of professional practice with that type of problem, leading to effective therapeutic intervention using the eclectic model through selecting appropriate therapeutic methods to reduce the feeling of social stigma of delinquent juveniles without being bound by only one theory or model.
Based on the foregoing, the problem of the current study focuses on a major issue, the effect of which is:

How effectiveness is the use of the Eclectic model in Casework to alleviate the feeling severity of Social Stigma for Juvenile delinquents?
