The main purpose of this study is to identify the impact of service quality and the WOM on the competitive advantage of the health services by applying the study to private sector hospitals in Dakahlia Governorate Methodology: We depended on the data that were collected via the electronic list of inquiry that has been applied to a sample of private hospitals’ clients in Dakahlia Governorate. The sample is 386 entries from private hospitals’ clients. To analyze the data, a set of semantic and qualitative analysis techniques was applied by using the set of statistical programs in sociology (SPSS V.25). Findings: There’s a direct correlation relation with a statistical significance among the main variables and among each other and it’s embodied in the dimensions of health service quality, dimensions of WOM and the dimensions of the competitive advantage as the findings pointed out that there’re moral positive impact for both the dimensions of health service quality and the dimensions of WOM on the appropriate cost of the competitive advantage, flexibility of the competitive advantage, quick delivery of services of the competitive advantage and the mental image of the competitive advantage. The findings also pointed out that there’re no moral differences in the recognition of private hospitals’ clients in Dakahlia Governorate regarding the dimensions of health service quality, the dimensions of WOM and the dimensions of the competitive advantage as per the educational qualification, age and income while the study found out also that there’re moral differences in the recognition of private hospitals’ clients in Dakahlia Governorate regarding the dimensions of health service quality, the dimensions of WOM and the dimensions of the competitive advantage as per the gender.
