Abstract The DDH is one of the major disorders of the pediatric population with an incidence of 3 to 5 per 1000 children. Multiple femoral or pelvic osteotomies and tenotomies are performed during the surgical treatment for DDH and cause postoperative pain. Therefore, these patients may benefit from regional analgesic intervention in adjunction with general anesthesia. Multimodal analgesia can improve perioperative pain control and reduces complications that arise from using a single mode of analgesia |
