Stuttering is one of the most common speech and speech disorders. It is a disorder or disorder in the rhythm of speech characterized by frequency, blockage, repetition, reflux, lengthening of sounds and words, or involuntary vocal passages. This is usually accompanied by the stuttering of the tongue, Motor and muscle tension. This can be seen through the trembling of the lips, the jitter of the jaw, the eyelashes and eyelids, the lifting of the shoulders and the movement of the arms, in addition to the disruption of the breathing process and irregularity.
The term ”stuttering” has been mentioned in the lexicons and encyclopedias of the term ”stuttering” with many names such as adultery, mutilation, trivialization, stuttering, etc. All of which indicate disorder or malfunction in the rhythm of speech and frequency in the pronunciation of some sections and letters and words and repetition, and repetition involuntarily; which leads to a lack of verbal or expressive fluency, and then the recent studies to collect these disorders in one name is ”stuttering” All that impedes the fluency of the tongue of the frequency in the syllables and letters or stop when speaking words
The problem of stuttering is one of the most important problems in society because it has a negative impact on the personality of the individual who stammers and feels safe. Psychological studies may indicate that the individual who suffers from stuttering is a sensitive, anxious, distressed, insecure, fearful, frustrated, threatening and tense person. He is an introverted (tendentious) individual who tends to suppress feelings and suppress ideas. He is a shy and slow person The movement can not control and control voluntary movements, especially movements of tongue, jaw and lips, which is weaker than the average person in terms of activities that include the enemy and the rise and jump and balance.
The development of the social communication of the individual stutter requires scientific interventions planned, and found trends in many research praises the importance of NLP, which is one of the most effective techniques applied to the areas of life, which considers itself a therapeutic revolution and guidance is dealing with things as they are instead That our preoccupation becomes the image that should be on them.
Problem of the study:
You can formulate the problem of the present research on the following questions:
1) Are there any differences between the average grade levels of tribal and remote measurement in the social communication of the experimental group?
2) Are there differences between the intermediate levels of distance measurement in social communication in both the experimental and control groups?
3) Are there differences between the average grade levels of the experimental group in social communication in both the follow-up measures?
4) Are there any differences between the middle of the pre-and post-grading grades in the stuttering of the experimental group?
5) Are there differences between the mean of the post-measurement levels in the stuttering of both experimental and control groups?
6) Are there any differences between the mean scores of the experimental group scores in stuttering in each of the follow-up measures?
Objectives of the study:
1. Develop a program based on family guidance to develop social communication among children who are affected.
2. Application of the program to develop social communication.
3. Test the impact of the program to measure the extent of improving social communication and reducing stuttering.
The importance of the study:
The importance of the study stems from several aspects:
First: the theoretical importance.
1 - The importance of the study stems from the treatment of speech stuttering disorder, which is a serious problem experienced by the individual who is struggling between the desire to social communication with others and avoid stammering speech, as one form of behavioral disorders and psychological spread in this era of high burdens and pressures that are difficult Avoid them because of the complexity of economic and social conditions.
2 - The importance of the study in its attempt to reduce the disorder of stuttering in speech by reducing the psychological stress experienced by the individual using the guidance family, where the guidance helps the prisoners to restore confidence in the self and the ability to change, and clearly identify goals and gain wonderful skills to help influence Others, in short, help to create a positive environment in life.
3 - The study dealt with family guidance as a new method of guidance and knowledge of its effectiveness in the development of social communication and knowledge of its impact in reducing the disorder of stuttering.
Second: Practical importance.
The practical importance of this study is to help the affected individuals to develop social communication and express their feelings of fear, which prevents them from fluency during the conversation and thus reduce their stuttering, through the program of family guidance for the development of social communication, which is reflected in reducing the severity of stuttering.
Study hypotheses:
1) There are statistically significant differences between the middle grades of the tribal and the remote measurement levels in social communication in the experimental group.
2) There are statistically significant differences between the intermediate levels of post-measurement in social communication in both the experimental and control groups.
3) There are no statistically significant differences between the average scores of the experimental group arranged in social communication in each of the two measures posttest and iterative.
4) There are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the tribal and remote measurement levels in the stuttering of the experimental group.
5) There are statistically significant differences between the average scores arranged telemetric in stammering I have both the experimental and control groups.
6) There are no statistically significant differences between the average scores of the experimental group arranged in stammering in each of the two measurements posttest and iterative.
The limits of the study:
The current study is determined by the sample, tools, and statistical processing methods used to validate the hypotheses, as follows:
Study Sample:
The sample of the study consisted of (20) children aged between 9-12 years. They were divided into experimental groups and controls:
1. The first experimental group consisted of (10) infected children.
2. The second group of control consisted of (10) children infected.
The choice of these children was taken into account in:
 IQ.
 All of them have no sensory or mental disabilities.
 All of them have a close social and economic level.
Study Tools:
1) Special data form (researcher preparation).
2) Intelligence Scale for Stephanford Bennett.
3) Social Communication Scale (researcher preparation).
4) Stuttering scale (researcher preparation).
5) Family Guidance Program (prepared by the researcher).
Statistical methods used in the study:
1. Calculate the mean and the standard deviation.
2. Man-Tini test for the non-parametric statistical indication of unconnected data.
3. Wilcoxon test for the non-parametric statistical significance of the associated data.
4. the correlation coefficient of the prson.
Methodological area:
In the current study, the researcher used the experimental method using sample control tools and measuring tools in addition to the program applied to the experimental group to verify the hypotheses of the study.
Study variables:
1. The independent variable is the program used in the study (family guidance program).
2. The dependent variable:
A - social communication, which is at the same time independent variable in the impact on stuttering.
B - Stuttering.
Results:
The present study found the following results:
1) There are statistically significant differences between the middle grades of the tribal and remote measurements in social communication in the experimental group for the benefit of telemetry.
2) There are statistically significant differences between the intermediate levels of post-measurement in social communication in both experimental and control groups in favor of experimental group.
3) There are no statistically significant differences between the average scores of the experimental group arranged in social communication in each of the two measures posttest and iterative.
4) There are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the tribal and remote measurements in the stuttering of the experimental group in favor of the post-measurement.
5) There are statistically significant differences between the mean of the levels of the distance measurement in the stuttering of both experimental and control groups in favor of the experimental group.
6) There are no statistically significant differences between the average scores of the experimental group arranged in stammering in each of the two measurements posttest and iterative.
